Long time, no see...
well, for some of you at least. Maybe you're new here and don't know me yet - feel free to read on, or just skip ahead to getting your session booked. 😉 In short, the last 3-4 years have been a whirlwind of change for me and my family. It's been quite the journey!
In 2009, I started my photography journey in small-town Texas, about an hour south of Forth Worth. Then, I was in South Texas for over a decade, where I grew my specialty in beach portraits (what a fun time!). On the heels of Covid in 2020, we announced we were moving to Kenya for a season, to serve a community there in various ways. We moved in 2021 and had an incredible (albeit shorter than we anticipated) season there. What a beautiful time. Our season in Kenya came to an end in December of 2021, after just 6 months.
In 2022, we started over in Burleson, TX, where we have put down roots and plan to stay for the foreseeable future. I'm so excited to start back part-time with this passion of mine. The moment I plugged my hard drive back in and started looking through the hundreds of family sessions I've had the joy of capturing over the years, I knew it was time again. So, here we go.
I'm thrilled to be serving the Burleson, Fort Worth, and general DFW metroplex as a family and senior portrait photographer.
